IN-PERSON THERAPY
In my therapy sessions, I offer a warm, non-judgemental atmosphere where I acknowledge and honour your experience in a caring and professional context. Each client is unique so the experience is tailored to fit your therapy needs. Some may benefit from the felt connection and eye connect and the nonjudgemental presence of another along with them in their journey.

ONLINE THERAPY
Online therapy can be equivalent to in-person care. The online format allows for comfort, convenience, confidentiality and increased access to therapy services. Multiple methods may be used including video conferencing, tele-therapy, and chat all while using a safe and secure platform specifically built to enhance the online mental health experience.
